Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the cold water, bubble waffle powder, egg, corn oil, and white sugar into a blender or mixing bowl.
  2. Use a blender or mixer to combine everything thoroughly until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  3. Let the batter rest and keep it ready for use.

Portion

  • Use 200ml of batter for each original bubble waffle. 

Baking Recommendation

  1. Preheat the bubble waffle mould or machine to 180°C.
  2. Pour 200ml of batter into the mould.
  3. Bake at 180°C for around 3 minutes.
  4. Place the hot waffle in front of a fan to cool until the waffle forms a crispy outer shell before serving.

Important Notes

  • Baking time can be adjusted depending on your waffle mould, machine performance, and your preferred crispness or colour.
  • Keep batter refrigerated at 0-4°C, stir well before each use.
