Produced using the CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) process, the tea leaves are formed into small granules for fast extraction, deep colour, and a full-bodied tea flavour.
Its bold tea character stands up well to milk and creamer, helping create a rich and balanced milk tea without losing the distinctive black tea aroma. Ideal for Hong Kong-style milk tea, classic milk tea, iced milk tea, and commercial beverage preparation.
